Shenzhen WeiYeXinJingXun Electronics is a specialized high-tech manufacturer of lithium batteries, CCTV power supplies and LED power supplies. We have a 2,500-square-meter plant housing 200 staff operating eight production lines with equipment including wave soldering machines and feet machine cutters that produce 1 million lithium batteries and chargers each month. Our business is done according to ERP schemes administered by 20 management staff, two of which from Foxconn, with over five years' experience.
We have 10 QC personnel with five years' experience allocated to two for each production line conducting inspections at least eight times, covering raw materials, production, finished goods and items for shipping. We undertake QC every hour and spend 48 hours on aging tests. These procedures ensure UL, CE, CB, FCC and RoHS approvals as well as returning rates of only 0.3 to 0.5%. In addition, we have over 10 steady raw material suppliers who have worked with us for six to seven years including reputable Chinese suppliers for transformers and chips.
Our four English-speaking R&D engineers with five years' experience focus on quality when researching new products. They utilize ancillary equipment such as variabale frequency power sources, electronic loads, LCR bridges, high-voltage testing machines and dynamometers, some of which imported from Taiwan, to release two new items monthly and finish customized samples in 15 days. They are also supported by our model workshop with 100 workers.
We support OEM and ODM projects and our MOQ is 1,000 pieces. Our lead time is seven working days for 10,000 power supplies or 5,000 LED power supplies. We deliver orders in a very timely manner, with an on-time rate of 95% and delays less than one day. We also provide 1-year warranty period. Six English- and Japanese-speaking sales representatives with three years' experience will reply to your emails within 24 hours.
